An artifact discovered hidden away in the cellar, lost in the darkness. The color is surprising, a clear amber that still has golden reflections. The aroma is an anthology of candied and dried fruit with even a bit if pistachio. The mouthfeel is very dry, cutting, with the acidity and alcohol coming together magnificently. This deserves a round of applause.
