The color is a bright, golden-yellow. The bouquet has exotic fruit, pineapple, passion fruit and mango but also white peach and fresh almond. The flavor is fresh, pleasing, nicely upheld by its acidity. Serve at 10°C together with some shellfish or grilled seafood in general.
