    Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, it matures for 16 months in new barriques. It has a bright, very opaque ruby colour. Its highly characterful bouquet has fruit very much to the fore, enveloped though by spicy notes and giving way to herbaceous aromas of mint and eucalyptus as well as sensations of liquorice and, in particular, leather. It is mouth-filling on the palate, with well-defined tannins and a long, balsamic finish. This is a wine that is easy to drink in spite of its complexity, and already very fine indeed
