A Syrah with a faded, ruby color and a bouquet with scents of black tea, soya and licorice that create the aroma’s complexity but betray the hot year. In the mouthfeel the tannins are still intense and in the flavor the fruit alternates with notes of herbal Mediterranean brush and soya. The persistence in the finish is of medium length.
