A blend of 60% Corvina Veronese, 20% Rodinella, 15% Corvinone and 5% Croatina grapes. The color is a very intense and bright ruby while the aroma is wrapping with its scents of black cherry under spirits, cacao and vanilla. The taste is full, warm, rich yet nicely balanced with a very long finish.
Serve at 18°C with mixed boiled meats and pearà sauce, baked veal shank or pastissada de caval (horsemeat stew).
