A gentle and very clear canary-yellow color with aromas that are also gentle, soave and floral. All the scents are whispered with nuances that demand concentration to identify all the tonalities. The mouthfeel has a lively acidity and the sweetness is not strong. The flavors are a bit ectoplasmic while the aftertaste is very clean.
