Made from only chardonnay grapes that stay at least 36 months on the less after fermentation in oak. It has a straw-yellow color with a fine bead while the aroma is full, almost opulent, with white flowers and almond oil, bread crust and vanilla nuances from the wood. The mouthfeel is soft from the creaminess of the effervescence with a wrapping attack that is not lacking in a slightly weedy freshness, while the finish closes on a note of candied citron.
