The estate takes its name from Count Lamberto Cesarini Sforza, an important local and national figure in the first decades of the 20th century. In 1974, a group of businessmen in the wine sector decided to make this wine, including Giuseppe Andreaus, a strong supporter of regional bubbly. Since 2001 the winery has been part of the Gruppo La Vis. Tridentum, trident, is not only a line of wines but also, together with Aquila Reale, a celebration of the city of Trento. This vintage Brut Rosé is made from only Pinot Noir grapes from Valle di Cembra for a total of 17,000 bottles. Initial and malolactic fermentation take place in steel and the wine is bottled in the spring to then sit on the lees from between 48 and 56 months. This particular vintage was disgorged in 2013.
The color is an onion skin with coral veins, bright thanks to the lively and constant bead. The aroma opens with fragrant and pulpy fruit followed by scents of currant, prune, peach, citron, orange, passion fruit and mango. The notes are noticeable on their own, fresh, in a cocktail, dried or cooked in pastry. All this is echoed in the flavor and enriched by a creamy effervescence and a fresh sapidity. For sure it will have a long life. Persistent.
