Tridentum Brut Rosé S.A.

A Cuvée made from grapes from different years, the youngest being 2008, and only Pinot Noir grapes from the Valle di Cembra are used to make this Brut Rosé.
Its onion-skin pink color and subtle bead are very seductive, while the typical sensations of this grape are evident in both the nose and mouth. Cherry, Marasca cherry and red rose give way to red plumb, raspberry and wild strawberry jam. All explode together and are very persistent with a distinct mineral touch holding everything up. The first sip is full-bodied, straightforward, frank and fresh, even delicately tannic. A wine that is simply lovely to drink.
