A wine made from Trebbiano grapes that ferments and ages in used barriques. It has a complex, deep aroma with notes of thyme and incense along with delicate nuances of peat. The structure of the mouthfeel is solid, full and pulpous with a truly amazing progression and energy. The finish is still austere yet very dynamic.
