A concentrated and very luminous straw-yellow color. It is very fragrant, fresh, very 'secondary' in its aroma, yeast/medicine, then tropical fruit, chalk, oyster. The flavor has a medium punch, very intense and fresh, almost shrill, at the center of the mouth, the finish holds, decidedly savory.
