Made with only Centesimino grapes, the wine ages first for 14 months in 500-liter tonneau barrels and then in cement before aging a further year in the bottle before going to market. The wine has a dark, ruby color and its bouquet is a floral explosion of rose, violet, lilacs and wisteria, followed by a little spice and hints of red berries. The mouthfeel is full and rounded, balanced and flavorful with a distinct return of floral notes and spice. The finish has a nice length.
