A blend of 70% Vermentino and 30% Viognier that ferments and matures in stainless steel before aging for a year in the bottle, which means it reaches the market later than some other whites. The wine has a bold, straw-yellow color and a bouquet where the typical fruitiness of the Vermentino is joined by more vegetal notes of wild herbs, medicinal herbs and a little spice. The mouthfeel is quite salty with a balsamic freshness and while it is less bold than in hotter years it has great elegance. A dynamic and plucky wine, a great drop with a definite propensity to age. Bottles produced: 8,000.
