Titolato Strozzi 2012

You could define this a great comeback. This wine has been totally revamped with an aroma that demonstrates the advantages of breaking with traditions that sometimes can suffocate a territory. The color is a nice, intense straw-yellow, while the aroma plays on floral notes of camomile and gorse over fresher ones of chlorophyl, tomato leaf and a hint of eucalyptus gelatin. The mouthfeel is rich and nervous, almost a tad tannic but well-constructed around an excellent prime material which offers substance, a convincing second act and a finish with personality.
