A typical blend of 50% Procanico, 30% Grechetto and 20% Drupeggio, Malvasia Toscana and Verdello. The wine ages in stainless steel and has an intense, straw-yellow color. The bouquet has scents of exotic fruit, yellow plum, fresh almond, chamomile flower and a slight smoked note. The mouthfeel is saline, juicy, pleasingly balanced, persistent and warm.
