    This wine made only with Fiano grapes was a true surprise. It has a tenuous, straw-yellow color with green reflections and a complex aroma of citrus notes like lime and grapefruit along with a vein of yellow flowers and notes of fresh medicinal herbs. The mouthfeel stands out with its high acidity and strong yet balanced salty streak. A gelid and almost mountain wine. The finish is intense, tasty and very long.
