Quite impressive for its almost faded straw-yellow color with just a few golden reflections. Judging by the color it seems as if it was only just bottled. The aroma is not intense but delicate and elegant, floral, a nice complexity. The taste is linear with an important acidic backbone, perhaps the secret to its longevity. Extremely balanced, no fireworks with everything in its place. A great and immortal classic from a producer who has made history with aged whites and the proof is in the glass. A wine that whispers and never shouts, for the lovers of wine etiquette.
