Made from 60% Pinot Bianco, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Sauvignon, it has a bright, green-tinged straw colour. Its aromas are fine and citrus-like, with notes of grapefruit, alfalfa and fresh almonds. The flavour is full yet crisp, with excellent balance. It is fresh, with restrained but very persistent fruit.
