Made in stainless steel vats with Falanghina grapes, the wine has a straw-yellow color and a bouquet of tart apple, wild flowers and grapefruit peel. The mouthfeel is saline, fresh and vertical with a note of Mediterranean brush towards the finish which is long and rewarding.
