A pale, straw-yellow color and a floral bouquet with intense lavender notes followed by those of wild flowers, a hint of saffron and fruity scents of medlar. The mouthfeel has a nervous, youthful favor, an intense saline vein that recalls Himalayan pink salt and a nice acidity. The finish is decidedly intense and profound.
