A blend of 85% Fiano and 15% Chardonnay that has a splendidly luminous and pale yellow color. The bouquet is immediately captivating because its suffused aroma unites white flowers with some light almond notes. The mouthfeel is very fresh, pleasing and fine making it extraordinarily drinkable.
This is excellent with shellfish or a fish crudité.
