A simply grandiose year for the appellation and for Barroche. Given it is so young, the wine almost hesitates to express all its potential. The bouquet is of wild flowers, black pepper and orange peel. The mouthfeel is rich yet nervous and taut with silky tannins and an energy that is simply explosive. The finish is endless. This still needs to age a while.
