Settevulcani Falanghina 2015

The wine ages in stainless steel vats until the following spring and then for another two months in the bottle. This has a golden color and a fruity and delicate aroma of gorse, lemon leaf and apple. The mouthfeel is composed and pleasingly fresh and flavorful with a long finish that has a hint of sulfur. A wine with a lovely personality.                                                                                                                                         Annual production: 13,000 bottles.
