    Settecento33 from Cantina di Soave was the only Charmat Method in the tasting - they have also come out with a Traditional Method – and it is a more than valid alternative to Prosecco. Made from only Durella grapes, it has clear and clean sensations typical of the grape with nuances of green apple and citrus notes. The mouthfeel has an enjoyable freshness and a crispy, pleasing fruit flavor.
