Sauternes 1er Cru 1998

An exceptionally elegant blend of mostly Semillon with some Sauvignon that has a bold and bright golden-yellow color with a nice density. There are intense aromas of orange blossom and acacia flower, as well as the honey made from it, and then those of candied orange peel. The mouthfeel is sweet yet lively thanks to a pronounced acidity that significantly improves this drop. The aftertaste is very elegant with a light balsamic residue in the after-aroma.
