This new and bright San Sisto has just come out and its label has been redesigned to indicate the change in ownership that took place last March. It has a pleasing bouquet that along with its floral aromas of acacia and hawthorn has fruity scents like banana and pear. The use of wood was very delicate, as has been the case with the recent vintages of this great reserve, which has allowed the salinity and acidity to emerge in the mouthfeel. The finish is long and has a touch of almond.
