A wine made from white Bombino grapes from a 20-year-old vineyard, with a density of 4,500 rootstocks per hectare, which matures for six months in stainless steel with 5% aging in used barriques. It has a straw-yellow color and a clean and nicely intense aroma with distinct fruity notes of peach, apricot and even tropical fruit. There is a hint of licorice in the mouthfeel that has a juicy body with a nice acidity.
