A particularly early spring, wet June and an otherwise regular reason. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Carmenère, 10% Merlot. Matured 24 months in French oak barriques that are both new and used two and three times. An intense ruby-garnet. Classic fruit aromas (blueberry and raspberry), then sweet spice, pine resin and tobacco notes. Very expressive. A full, warm and very balanced mouthfeel with silky tannins. An elegant progression and very persistent finish. Vitality, intensity and cheerfulness.
Bottles produced: 53,073; 2,480 half-bottles; 3,400 magnums; and 200 double magnums.
