Only Sauvignon grapes and made only using stainless steel sitting five months on the lees. The color is an intense, straw-yellow and the aroma has notes of flint followed by those of exotic fruit and lime. The mouthfeel is saline and agile with good structure and a distinct acidity that refreshes the rich and persistent favor.
