    75% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo, 10% Malvasia, 5% Colorino. Matures 1 year in 80 hl Slavonian oak barrels and in cement vats. Dark and bright garnet color. Aromas of cherry jam, dry plums, walnuts, dates, hints of spices, tamarind and aromatic herbs. Less acidity on the palate compared to the 1977 and a more evident tannin.
