A hot and regular year. The wine has a dark, ruby color with deep and very young prune nuances. The aromas are dark with notes of underbrush and licorice standing out. The mouthfeel is fresh and rich with a pleasingly bitter finish. This has less structure and less of the pleasing green note of other vintages.
