Made with Grenache and Cinsault grapes and aged in stainless steel. The color is a pale pink and the elegant aroma has scents of small red fruit, above all wild strawberry and raspberry, together with floral sensations accompanied by light notes of currant and a smoky hint. The mouthfeel is flavorful and very fresh with a finish of ginger and red fruit. Pair with light philosophical discussions that are not too serious.
