Ronco delle Mele 2015

Made from Sauvignon grapes 80% of which ferment in stainless steel while the remaining 20% sits on the lees in 27hl oak barrels for five months. The wine has a typical straw-green color and a very classic style with aromas that lean more towards tropical fruit like lychees, mango and grapefruit although there are still the green tones common to the varietal. The mouthfeel is rich, fat and soft but not too sweet thanks to a lovely acidity. The persistence is long.
