    This was the only vintage that was a pure Sangiovese. It aged in both large barrels and barriques and has a lively garnet color and an aroma of dark spices, tobacco and leather with a gentile nuance that recalls violet. The first thing that comes to mind in the mouthfeel is purity and depth. The tannins are lively, the body full and the finish offers great satisfaction.
