Made mostly from Sangiovese with a small addition of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and aged in barriques and large barrels. The bouquet has austere and compact tones, ‘rocky’ sensations that then open the way for notes of dark, red fruit, spice and toasting. The fruit returns in the mouthfeel helping to create a fresh and spicy drop.
Definition, vigor, boldness and mystery. These are also found in the works of Dino Valls , whose painting are as sharp and clear as a scalpel’s cut, as cutting as the eyes of the women in his Poliptico Inter Lapidum.
