The most famous ‘Wine Lady’ in Alsace, the counterpart of Madame Lalou Bize Leroy in Burgundy, was Colette Faller, the wife of Theo. She was an extraordinary talent who unfortunately recently passed away leaving a cosmic void in the world of Alsace wine. Her wines are legendary as exemplified by this one. It has golden-yellow color and is rich in texture and structure. The bouquet has scents of citrus, a touch of hydrocarbon and notes of apple jam. The mouthfeel is extraordinarily dynamic and has great structure and is elegant, soft and sensual, fresh and electrifying.
