Another extraordinary wine from this Alsace master who is has always been a champion of sustainable and biodynamic agriculture. More years in the bottle have given this wine greater structure. It has a bold, almost dense golden-yellow color and a splendid aroma of yellow fruit, peach and melon. With breathing the bouquet becomes more complex with balsamic notes and those of ginger and curcuma. The mouthfeel is very broad and sweet without any fattiness thanks to its palpitating acidity that makes the wine sober, despite its pachyderm structure, and allows it to caress the palate.
