A legend in a bottle. The vineyard is that of the legendary winemaker Henry Jayer, while with this Cru Méo has proven to be its worthy caretaker and high priest. Its red color is still very lively and incredibly intact. The intensity of the aromas and the complexity they create are incredible with the bouquet opening with smoky notes to then explode into those of raspberry jam, some light tobacco hints and those of mint and pomegranate. The mouthfeel is decidedly the most incredible of the lot because of its unbridled boldness, austere nature and the amazing way it can stimulate and saturate. After what seems like endless minutes, the after-aroma becomes magnificently balsamic with languid and rewarding sensations.
