The grapes for this wine come from vineyards that are being converted to organic farming. The wine is made only in stainless steel and has a clear, straw-yellow color, while the aroma is fine but not that expressive, confused amid floral and citrus notes. The mouthfeel, on the other hand, is distinct, salty and has good persistence.
