    100% ribolla gialla grapes. 28 month prix de mousse in high pressure tank. 50% of the base wine aged in used barrel while the rest in stainless steel tank. Light straw yellow. Very fine and continuous perlage. Complex nose, yeasty and floral with hint of citron and summer pear. Lively palate, creamy, almost sensual, wonderful acidity and a “dangerous” drinkability. A masterpiece in its category.
