Made from Passerina grapes and aged in stainless steel vats. This wine is traditionally considered to be ‘rustic’ and thus simple. This white, on the other hand, stands out for its complexity beginning with it aromas that recall peat and barley malt. The mouthfeel is nervous, slightly tannic and significantly voluminous. The finish is long, full and delicately smoky.
