Raboso 2000

Made from Raboso Piave grapes and matured in 25hl barrels for four years. The ruby color here has paled due to age but the aroma still has fruity tones of black and Marasca cherry along with hints of pomegranate on a grassy background. The full mouthfeel is distinguished by a nice acidity and pronounced yet graceful tannins that allow the wine to go down nicely while the finish has a good persistence.
