Made from Raboso Piave grapes and matured in 30hl barrels as long as necessary (the producer’s words). The aroma is intense and clean with floral notes of violet and rose while the fruity scents alternate between Marasca cherry and yellow prunes. The mouthfeel has a thick yet easy texture thanks to well-defined tannins and a wonderful acidity. The progression is impressive and juicy yet always agile and flavorful. A young wine with great potential.
