The wine is 97% Grenache from a vineyard planted in 1901 and matures in wood. The bouquet is still young with its wrapping scents of spice, cinchona and licorice. As usual, the mouthfeel is bold and creamy yet lively and agile with great dynamism and silky tannins that usher in a very long and flavorful finish.
