    This wine, as with all those that follow, was made using only Glera (Prosecco) grapes which were processed using the Italian of method of secondary fermentation in an autoclave to produce a dry wine. It has a clear, straw-yellow color with intense and clear scents of exotic fruit, white peach, Annurca apple, pear and almond. The mouthfeel is creamy, slightly sweet and fruity, in harmony with a finish of pleasing freshness.
