    What a difference ten years make. The color is deeper and has golden nuances, while the effervescence is light and the aroma complex. The bouquet opens with almost hydrocarbon notes which then lead to those of apple and ripe peach, candied lemon, mint and saffron. The flavor is captivating, soft, in fine form and still fresh with a measured sweetness in the finish.
