For the winery the term ‘vino frizzante’ (sparkling wine) was synonymous with high quality, on the same level as Cartizze. And this is what Primo Franco built the success of his product on. The color is an antique gold with caramel reflections. The effervescence is noticeable only in the mouth, a trace of the past. The wine has an evolved aroma that plays on scents of curry, dried laurel, barley candy, dried apricot and hazelnut. The mouthfeel is soft and lithe, with a freshness that still holds up to the distinct sweetness. There are no apparent notes of oxidation.
