The evolution of the wine is evident by its bright, antique amber-gold color and the absence of bubbles. The aroma has become timid with sensations of dried yellow fruit and dried flowers, laurel, honey and curcuma. The mouthfeel is more intense than the aroma and the freshness, along with the wine’s structure and persistence, is quite surprising.
