The “King of Steel” in line with a centuries-old tradition of keeping Chablis far away from wood. The aromas are wonderfully assorted, a bouquet of different flowers from peach blossom to cut wild flowers, all embellished by a moving balsamic hymn. The mouthfeel is taut but never rude and is cleansing and persistent.
