Blend of 55% Grechetto, 35% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Procanico and 5% Semillon grapes. Botrytis. Stainless steel only. Golden color. The nose is typical of botrytis wines and opens with a briny explosion and notes of saffron together with flowers and delicate honey, curry and apricots. Sweet on the palate but sustained by nice acidity and briny that makes it dynamic and agile. Incredibly long and elegant finish.
